  1. Verify course content and links, updating resources as necessary.
  2. Evaluate and record student progress with the use of assessments, assignments, and observations in accordance with program and institute guidelines.
  3. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students.
  4. Respond to curriculum/course demands and make necessary adjustments according to learner needs such as adult learning principles.
  5. Be reflective of and responsive to accommodation of special learning needs including equity groups and diverse learners.
  6. Work cooperatively in an interdependent team environment.
  7. Follow policies and procedures adopted by Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications

  1. Recognized relevant four-year degree (Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work, Bachelor of Psychology Degree, Bachelor of Child and Youth Studies Degree, Bachelor of Human Justice Degree, Bachelor of Justice Studies Degree)

  2. Two years recent and relevant work experience working with services to youth.

  3. Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.

  4. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment
