We’re looking for our next Senior Analyst, Treasury. Could it be you?
The Senior Analyst will be supporting the production of stress tests, model validation, reports, presentations, policies and procedures provided to senior management, regulators and executive groups as well as being involved in the day to day running of the Treasury department.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepares presentation materials for monthly management meetings, including the Asset Liability Capital Committee (ALCO) package.
- Assists in the enhancement of the stress testing program
- Assists in all model validation procedures
- Assists in the recommendation and implementation of process improvements for all areas of Asset and Liability Management.
- Monitors and reports on adherence to established risk limits, tolerances, and targets.
- Assists in the review and updating of Treasury policies and procedures.
- Prepares monthly performance reports on profitability, cost of funds, and funding mix to provide management with actionable insights.
- Assists in the daily deposit pricing process to ensure competitive pricing and alignment with the bank's funding strategy.
- Assists in preparing analysis and projections for key financial risks, such as interest rate and liquidity risk.
- Assists in the execution of hedging procedures and regulatory compliance to maintain interest rate and foreign exchange risk within risk appetite limits.
- Performs ad hoc analysis, as required, in support of the Treasury function.
- Provides analytical support for strategic initiatives by modeling the treasury impact of new business opportunities and capital management decisions.
- Leverages technology and AI tools to automate routine reporting and enhance data analysis, improving efficiency and accuracy.

- Have a university degree in Business or Finance; an MBA, CFA, FRM, or CPA designation
- Have a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience within a treasury function in progressively more responsible positions
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to influence
- Have the knowledge of financial markets and securitization programs
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varied audiences and needs
- Have sound understanding of risk management
- Have effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Have a high level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
- Have sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills.

- Please note this role will be required to be in office 3 days a week
