- Develop analytical tools and models to address real business challenges.
Strategic analysis and business problem-solving:
- Analyze and interpret data to address key needs, such as experience studies;
- Deliver analyses aligned with business objectives and present them in a clear and accessible way to leadership teams;
- Explore and process large datasets to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaboration and learning:
- Work closely with mentors and experts to understand life insurance challenges and analytical processes;
- Discover the steps involved in deploying analytical models into production, with support from other internal teams.

- Is currently studying actuarial science, data science, or a related field;
