About the role
We’re looking for a Global Talent Outreach Intern to join our team and work closely with companies across international markets, including the US, UK, and other global regions.
📌 Location: Remote ⏳ Duration: 3–6 Months 🎓 Experience: Freshers | Students | Recent Graduates 💼 Type: Internship
Responsibilities
- Research and identify global companies, startups, and hiring organisations
- Connect with HRs, Recruiters & Talent Acquisition professionals through LinkedIn and email
- Understand international hiring requirements and introduce our recruitment solutions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential global clients and partners
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings
- Maintain outreach and lead records
- Build long-term professional relationships with international companies
- Work closely with recruitment and business development teams
What we're looking for
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✅ Good English communication is mandatory ✅ Comfortable communicating with international professionals ✅ Strong LinkedIn networking and research skills ✅ Proactive, confident, and comfortable with outreach & follow-ups ✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment ✅ Freshers, students, and recent graduates are welcome
