Why we’ll love You:

  • You are an inspiring leader with 10+ years of experience in private client services or personal lines insurance, specializing in high-net-worth clients
  • You hold a RIBO 2 broker license and bring strong knowledge of products, coverages, and risk management for affluent clients
  • You have demonstrated success in leading national teams, driving business development, and delivering exceptional client service
  • You combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring operational excellence while mentoring and developing talent
  • You excel at building client and carrier relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex needs
  • You are data-driven and results-oriented, with experience managing financial performance, analyzing KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities
  • You bring strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills that foster trust and collaboration at every level

Once here, you'll:

  • Lead and mentor a national team of private client service professionals, ensuring high performance and engagement
  • Drive business growth through new client acquisition, retention strategies, and cross-team collaboration
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing complex needs with tailored insurance solutions
  • Build and strengthen carrier partnerships, ensuring alignment, performance, and growth opportunities
  • Oversee portfolio performance, compliance, risk management, and policy development for Private Client Services
  • Leverage digital platforms and analytics to enhance client engagement, streamline operations, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Represent Westland at industry events, client forums, and strategic partner engagements to position us as a market leader
