Site: 67 College Street (travel across UHN sites will be required)

Department: FM-PRO

Reports to: Director, Art Program

Shifts: 1-2 days per week

Status: Temporary Part-Time (~ 6 months)

Closing Date: January 8, 2026

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to lead the inventory and documentation of artwork across all UHN sites. This role is critical in ensuring accurate records of our art collection, supporting preservation, and enabling future planning for public spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive inventory of artwork in public spaces and storage areas across all UHN locations.
  • Photograph and catalogue each piece, ensuring high-quality visual documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records using appropriate software tools (e.g., Excel or other art software) for information management.
  • Organize and update documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance with internal standards.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across sites to gather necessary information on art in collection.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, including documenting, reporting, filing, scheduling, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and other information management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple sites.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
