Responsibilities
- Support client HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning initiatives, and offboarding
- Assist in research and analysis by collecting and organizing primary and secondary data (surveys, interviews, focus groups, reports, and administrative records) to inform HR strategies
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce forecasts to support decision-making and identify trends
- Contribute to proposal development and assist with administrative aspects of client engagements
- Coordinate project tasks such as scheduling, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders
- Develop familiarity with MNP’s HR services and client needs through hands-on experience and collaboration
- Promote positive workplace culture by supporting engagement programs and providing insights to HR advisors
- Act as a reliable resource for clients and employees, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR, recruitment, or HR analytics experience (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Excel or other data visualization tools is an asset
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Curious, proactive, and eager to streamline processes
