Casa Mia Montessori is a small, nurturing childcare center offering a Montessori-inspired environment. We are proud to have a close-knit team of dedicated and passionate teachers, and we are currently seeking an experienced and caring teacher to join our team for Toddler (Junior Casa Montessori) group.

Position Overview

Support and guide a toddler classroom (ages 19 months to 3 years) in a calm, respectful, and engaging Montessori environment. The role focuses on fostering independence, language development, and social-emotional growth through hands-on, child-led learning.

Qualifications

Montessori Toddler Diploma (AMI, MACTE, or equivalent) preferred Experience working with toddlers (19 months to 3 years) Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development Ability to work collaboratively within a small team Spanish–English bilingual skills are an asset Eligible to work in Canada
