  • 4+ years in delivery management, agile project management, or technical program management within a SaaS or product-led environment
  • Demonstrated success coordinating delivery across multiple engineering or product teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and experience facilitating ceremonies
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery planning tooling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex dependencies
  • Experience working with distributed/global teams
  • Familiarity with software engineering workflows, data pipelines, and cloud-based platforms
  • Experience with data pipelines, cloud-based platforms, DevOps, etc
  • Experience working in a hybrid SaaS/services organised
  • Experience supporting a product organisation during a scaling phase
  • Experience working with global teams/across multiple timezones

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to support the global Audience Intelligence product organization by orchestrating delivery across multiple product squads, ensuring roadmap items are delivered predictably, and embedding high-quality delivery practices across the region
  • You will be the operational backbone that helps our PMs, engineers, and designers work efficiently and stay aligned
  • Your role will focus on internal product delivery, while also juggling client-specific requests — ensuring we ship features, migrations, platform improvements, integrations, and workflows on time and with quality
  • You’ll work closely with global teams (North America, EMEA, and eventually India) to manage delivery plans, unblock teams, oversee sprint processes, surface risks early, and ensure visibility across the organization
  • You will also help mature our delivery discipline, introducing scalable processes that allow us to move faster as our product footprint grows
  • Partner closely with our global Programme Lead to coordinate delivery across multiple Audience Intelligence product squads (e.g., Integrations, Foundation Data, Applications, etc.),
  • Maintain delivery plans, key milestones, dependencies, and risk registers
  • Ensure squads are aligned to roadmap priorities and understand cross-team implications
  • Track progress against quarterly objectives and proactively identify risks to timelines or scope
  • Run and continuously improve sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retros)
  • Ensure Jira boards, epics, and tickets stay organised and reflect real delivery status
  • Support PMs in breaking down roadmap initiatives into deliverable increments
  • Drive consistency in how teams estimate, plan, and communicate work
  • Implement tracking in Jira to help us understand where we’re spending our time each sprint, how we can be more efficient, etc
  • Work closely with Product Managers to translate roadmap priorities into delivery plans
  • Partner with Engineering Leads to coordinate sequencing, capacity, and trade-offs
  • Align with Design, Data Ops, and Platform Engineering to ensure requirements are clear and dependencies are understood
  • Coordinate with regional teams (NA, EMEA, India) to create a unified delivery rhythm
  • Support regular reporting to key stakeholders across the business on progress against the roadmap, risks, etc
  • Improve predictability and reduce friction by introducing repeatable delivery processes
  • Identify blockers early and ensure fast escalation/ownership
  • Improve visibility of delivery progress for leadership and stakeholders
  • Support documentation and communication around releases, dependencies, and change impacts
  • Help establish delivery standards and playbooks as the product org expands
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Coach squads on agile delivery best practice and efficient communication
  • Contribute to shaping how Audience Intelligence plans, executes, and ships software
  • In your first year, you might have…
  • Enabled consistent, predictable delivery cycles across 2–3 Audience Intelligence product squads
  • Helped roll out major product initiatives (segmentation upgrades, monitoring UI, integration framework enhancements, new UX patterns)
  • Improved cross-timezone coordination, reducing delays caused by hand-offs
  • Introduced delivery processes that improved visibility and reduced planning noise
  • Shaped release tracking, planning rhythms, and delivery dashboards
  • Supported successful migration waves across the new integration framework

Benefits

  • Renowned Team Days often throughout the year
  • Summer Away Days
  • 23 standard days of holiday (+ 1 Birthday, +2 for a ‘Big Life Event’ and +1 Admin Day), closure of office over Christmas (plus Bank Holidays)
