Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time, Senior Transportation Logistics Administrator in Mississauga, ON, for one of the largest logistics companies in North America. The ideal candidate will have Extensive experience in processing shipping documents, orders, and payments and superb time management and organizational skills.
- Pay rate: $23/hour
- Location: Mississauga, ON
- Availability Required: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Analyze National Transportation costs, carrier rates and service levels.
- Support Month End Accruals Reporting relative to freight plan.
- Common Carrier expense summary reporting.
- Provide daily Transportation activity dashboards and reports relative to plan.
- Provide weekly expense reports relative to plan.
- Support monthly KPI reporting and development.
- Summary of customer delivery performance, frequency and expense reporting
- Provide guidance as necessary to optimize transportation system, methods, procedures and costs.
- Participate and assist in all Transportation related projects
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Solid Interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Team-oriented, committed, driven, assertive and self directed.
Knowledge required:
- Ability to integrate both qualitative and quantitative data into business analyses.
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, adaptable to change and able to re-prioritize on short-notice.
- Strong organization skills
Education required:
- Post Secondary education and at least 3 years experience in a Transportation Analyst role.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- MUST have experience OTM ( Oracle Transportation Management) + excel
- Tableau Certification
Skills required:
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Product Offering (principally Tableau, Excel and/or Access)
- Experience in Transport analytics
- Excellent communication skills
