POSITION OVERVIEW
The Tour Enrolment Coordinator is responsible for conducting high-impact tours across multiple campuses and guiding families through the enrolment process. This role ensures an exceptional customer experience by clearly communicating the Childventures brand, supporting the admissions workflow, maintaining accurate CRM data, and collaborating with internal teams on classroom planning. In non-CWELCC locations, this role may also include single-centre admissions support.
This is a hybrid role with a strong onsite presence. The Tour Enrolment Coordinator will primarily support our Peel locations and is expected to work onsite at these centres regularly to support tours, enrolment activities, and collaboration with centre teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct personalized, high-quality tours for prospective families across multiple campuses
- Clearly articulate Childventures’ educational philosophy and value proposition
- Maintain follow-up communications to guide families through to registration
- Track all tour activity, inquiries, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Maintain accurate registration lists and classroom planning documentation
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with the Admissions team and Centre Directors
- Report enrolment activity, space availability, and conversion metrics
- Review upcoming enrolments and classroom planning during monthly mentor meetings
- Support enrolment coordination tasks at individual centres in non-CWELCC locations
- Prepare reports and data analysis for enrolment metrics and performance
- Other enrolment and client service tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or client relations
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Kindertales, ProCare, Lilleo)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
MINISTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 Step TB
- Updated Immunizations (Tetanus, MMR)
- Health Assessment (deemed fit for work)
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
