Reporting to the Manager, Wireless Reverse Logistics, the Business Analyst will focus on the activities to support the wireless returns process for Rogers. This position supports handling of return requests, work orders for refurbishment, inventory reconciliation and exception management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of return requests from Dealers and Retailers, ensuring every request is completed within SLA.
- Create and manage work orders for refurb kitting, track progress to meet operational timelines.
- Generate weekly return forecasts to support warehouse resource planning and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory aging and coordinate with warehouse to perform system reconciliation and corrections.
- Resolve daily exceptions related to returns and refurbishment processes in a timely manner.
- Provide backup for other reverse logistics activities within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of advanced data query tools (SQL, Access) required
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, return policies, and best practices in the reverse logistics field.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to resolve exceptions.
To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal background check. Additionally, a credit check and drivers abstract may be required depending on the role.
