What You Will Do As an Equipment Service Technician – Service Installation, you will pick up, deliver, and install various dental equipment, while inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing electronic components following equipment manuals and schematics. You will provide customer support, including troubleshooting and brief demonstrations. You will maintain accurate repair records, complete work orders and billing, and return defective parts for warranty replacement. You will work closely with the Install Coordinator and other technicians, and remain flexible to meet customer needs, including occasional evening or weekend work, while following all company policies and standards.
What You Bring You bring a mechanical or electrical background and 1–3 years of experience in a service or equipment environment.
With strong customer service skills, patience, and a supportive approach, you can troubleshoot, install, and maintain various equipment. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working at customer sites or in new construction environments, including lifting, unpacking, and moving equipment up to 100 lbs.

- This position is based in our Concord Branch and requires some travel across Ontario.
Compensation: The posted range for this position is $54,000- $64,000 which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc. Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing, available vacancy.
