Account Manager Base + Bonuses | Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours
We’re hiring experienced Account Managers to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process — the person who keeps the file moving, keeps the client confident, and ensures execution is tight from start to finish.
This role is for someone who already knows how to run a client book: proactive communication, deadline control, clean follow-up, and strong accountability. If you’re organized, fast, and professional under pressure, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do Be the owner’s main point of contact during the leasing process and deliver a “white-glove” client experience Drive execution across the workflow: confirm readiness, gather missing info, coordinate next steps, and prevent delays Provide proactive updates so owners always know what’s happening and what comes next Manage time-sensitive items with urgency and strong communication Ensure documentation is collected and tracked properly according to company process Maintain clean CRM records: notes, tasks, follow-ups, and stage movement Escalate issues early when needed and protect client satisfaction through strong judgment
Requirements (Must-Have) 3–5+ years of account management experience (this is required) Proven ability to manage multiple clients/files at once with consistent follow-up Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues High process discipline and comfort working in a structured CRM workflow Calm under pressure and able to prioritize fast in a high-volume environment
Nice-to-Have Leasing / property management / real estate operations experience Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven service environments Comfort using AI/tools to improve documentation, reporting, and internal efficiency
Remote Tech Requirements (Mandatory) Dual monitor setup Computer with 16GB RAM minimum 100+ Mbps reliable internet speed Webcam Noise-cancelling headset
Compensation This role offers a base salary of $50,000–$70,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. Top performers have the opportunity to earn up to approximately $95,000 annually based on performance. Full compensation details will be shared during the interview process.
