Join StandardAero this summer and gain hands-on experience supporting our Quality Assurance team in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role is ideal for students interested in learning how quality and safety are maintained in a real-world manufacturing and maintenance setting. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful tasks, and build foundational skills that are valuable for future careers in aerospace MRO.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with basic quality inspections and documentation of parts and processes
  • Support data entry, record keeping, and organization of quality reports
  • Help ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
  • Participate in audits and quality checks under supervision
  • Work with team members to identify and report quality issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed Grade 10 or higher
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis without sponsorship
  • Available to work full-time during the summer term Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in aerospace and/or quality assurance
  • Familiarity with basic measurement tools or quality concepts (not required, but a plus)
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
