Competitive pay: $20.00 per hour plus Midnight shift premium of 15% (total: $23.00 per hour)
SPIROL has immediate openings for General Operators for a STEADY MIDNIGHT SHIFT. Hours are 11pm - 7:30am. Training will take place for approximately 4 weeks on the afternoon shift (3pm - 11:30pm).

What You'll Do:
As a General Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our machines run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for the operation and setup of parts on mechanical and laser sorting machines, as well as assisting our Secondary Operations Team in various tasks. Don't worry if you haven't worked in this exact role before – full training is provided, and we're here to help you succeed!
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Operating assigned production machines at peak efficiency
- Performing quality checks (we'll teach you the ropes!)
- Conducting routine maintenance (like lubrication) on machines
- Performing general labour duties as required

What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Safety-conscious and eager to learn
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability to obtain overhead crane and forklift certification

Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
Familiarity with inspection tools or measuring equipment
Forklift or overhead crane experience
The ability to read blueprints and technical documents
