About the role
Own a portfolio of enablement and executive workstreams so growth plays become scalable and world class. You will keep the Bank narrative tight and make the next step obvious for the field/ sales enablement/comms teams.
Position Responsibilities:

External councils & partner moments: set agenda, prep briefs/speaking notes, capture decisions, drive follow‑ups.

Executive forums: board decks, decision memos, talking points; align data and storyline; track commitments.

Executive Knowledge hub: single source of truth for Bank positioning, product narratives, internal/external speaking points; access and freshness governance.

In‑platform enablement & field readiness: Advisor Portal narratives, readiness gates and measurement on every launch.

Campaigns & internal comms: Executive monthly updates; executive opportunities pipeline; coordinate with Field on tone and reach.
-
Adoption & analytics: dashboards for % work in‑platform, SLA reliability; remove blockers; publish learnings.
-
Own intake, prioritization, and sequencing across the portfolio; publish a clear operating calendar (deadlines, owners, acceptance criteria).
-
Orchestrate teams to deliver executive‑ready content (briefs, speaking notes, decision memos) and in‑platform copy; enforce artifact standards and style.

Run readiness: play pages, manager kits, and instrumentation are in place before launch; no launch without measurement.

Lead cross‑functional execution with Sales/Field, Strategic Growth, Platform/Delivery (build/run owners), Risk/Legal, and Finance/Data.

Close the loop: run post‑workstream reviews; turn feedback into updates to playbooks, copy, and the narrative.

Maintain compliance: partner with Risk/Legal on rails; ensure auditability of materials and approvals.
Outcomes (how you’re measured)

Narrative & exec enablement: on‑time, error‑free board/ELT/SLC artifacts; decision cycle time ; single‑source‑of‑truth freshness.

Field sentiment: advisor/manager satisfaction (e.g., NPS/readiness completion) and qualitative feedback.
Decision rights
-
You own enablement standards, narrative consistency, content acceptance, and the portfolio sequence for Bank O/S & Field.
-
Strategic Growth owns the growth roadmap and play acceptance; you co‑own launch readiness and measurement.
-
Delivery/Platform decides technical implementation and run (release slots, reliability, performance).
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in B2B enablement, executive communications, product marketing, or service design in complex/regulated environments (financial services preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven portfolio/program leadership across multiple concurrent workstreams (councils, exec decks, field enablement, campaigns).

Editorial strength: plain‑language writer/editor; executive‑level storytelling; decision‑oriented briefs.
-
Familiarity with CRM/Advisor Portal workflows and instrumentation; comfortable with data and measurement.
-
Stakeholder fluency with Brand/Field, Risk/Legal, Finance/Data; calm under executive scrutiny; excellent organization.

Salary range is expected to be between
$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
