The Brand & Digital Media Manager is responsible for owning defined channels and programs, executing against established priorities, and delivering consistent, high-quality work that support organizational goals.
The role also creates an awareness of external trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities, helping to inform how and where we show up. Operating with a moderate to high degree of independence, this role manages work end-to-end within assigned focus areas and partners across teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and effectively represented across channels.
Core Day-to-Day Responsibilities
AI & Innovation

Apply AI tools to improve content creation, organization, and workflow efficiency.

Identify opportunities to responsibly integrate AI into systems.

Partner with technology and AI teams to align team approaches with evolving capabilities.
Channel & Program Ownership

Own assigned channels and/or programs from planning through execution and iteration
-
Maintain a clear understanding of audience, purpose, cadence, and success metrics for each owned
channel or program
- Contribute to how channels and programs evolve based on emerging priorities, trends, and opportunities
Content Development & Execution

Develop clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate dissemination materials

Translate complex information into understandable, actionable messaging

Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and subject matter experts

Manage multiple deliverables and timelines concurrently
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather information and align on storytelling requirements

Connect inputs across teams to support more coordinated and forward-looking efforts
Performance Tracking & Iteration

Track performance metrics relevant to owned channels and programs (e.g., engagement, usage, outcomes)

Surface insights and recommendations during reviews
-
Incorporate external trends and competitive activity into recommendations where relevant
Planning & Organization
-
Maintain calendars, plans, and documentation for owned work
-
Anticipate upcoming needs and flag risks early
-
Balance planned work with emerging priorities within scope
-
Monitor external landscape (industry, competitors, trends) to inform planning and identify opportunities
Qualifications
-
4–7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or brand management
-
Experience managing communications channels, programs, or campaigns end-to-end
-
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
-
Sound judgment and ability to apply insights from data, trends, or external activity where relevant
Position Details:

Position Title: Project Manager

Salary: 60,000.00 - 85,000.00

Bonus Eligible, 4 Weeks Vacation and more!

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hybrid: 3 Days in Office - Toronto/ Mississauga
In accordance with provincial legislation and our commitment to transparent hiring practices, the compensation range for this position is provided. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not required.
