What you'll need to have
• You are passionate about people and dedicated to contributing to a great Co-Worker experience

You have at least 1 year of Human Resources experience and 1 year minimum of Co-worker Relations experience

You’re knowledgeable about the rights and obligations of workers and employers, and how to mediate the relationship between workers, employing entities, trade unions and the government
-
You have experience in a global matrix organization and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multidimensional environment
-
You’re able to develop strong virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives

You are driven and can accomplish goals, completes tasks, and achieve results with minimal directions

You are fluent in both French and English
Please note that this job reports to our Service Office (Burlington, Ontario), and your work location will be in the Montreal Area.
Your responsibilities
• Creates conditions for an engaging and healthy working environment where co-workers develop and perform
- Executes and supports all activities related to Co-worker relations in the Market Area in order to uphold our global Co-worker relations principles and code of conduct for all units
- Lead an ongoing open dialogue with co-workers
- Supports Unit People & Culture Managers in handling co-worker relations conflicts in their units
- Coaches and guides units to create a proactive/ preventive way of working with performance issues
- Implements and follows up on IKEA’s Employment standards and compliance in all units in Market Area
- Coordinates, enables collaboration and leads topics relevant for all units in a Market area
