Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid)

Salary: $17.75/hour (minimum) to $32.31/hour (maximum)

You Have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
  • Interest in health care, policy, or public/stakeholder engagement (asset)
  • Ability to understand some French (spoken and written) is an asset

And This Is Totally You

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and communications for physician engagement events and activities (e.g., meetings, webinars)
  • Analyze qualitative data gathered through engagement activities
  • Collect, maintain, and report on engagement metrics
  • Conduct research on health and engagement trends
  • Provide administrative and logistical support as needed
