HubSpot Campaign Specialist:
We believe in driving results through data-driven strategies, innovation, and a passionate team. We are looking for a talented HubSpot Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and help take our campaigns to the next level.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a HubSpot Campaign Specialist with a strong background in inbound marketing and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns using HubSpot, as well as analyzing performance metrics across all channels to ensure maximum ROI. This is a key role in enhancing our digital presence and contributing to our overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution: Design, build, and execute HubSpot email, social media, and automation campaigns.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage lead nurturing workflows, using HubSpot to segment, target, and track leads throughout the customer journey.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize landing pages, blogs, CTAs, and forms for better engagement and conversions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance through HubSpot’s reporting tools, generate insights, and provide recommendations to improve results.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to improve the effectiveness of campaigns, landing pages, and emails.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and overall business objectives.
- Database Management: Ensure HubSpot CRM data is clean, segmented, and updated for accurate reporting and targeted campaigns.
- Website Management: Updates to Wordpress website as needed - adding events .
Qualifications:
- Expertise with Account Based Marketing.
- Proven experience with HubSpot (certifications a plus).
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of HubSpot's email automation, lead scoring, reporting, and CRM tools.
- Experience in creating and managing email, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for optimizing performance.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
- Expertise with AI tools to support marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and other marketing tools (ie. SEMRush)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and or Canva for email customization
- WordPress expertise
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
