We're hiring a Manager SCM - Procure to Pay Systems to lead our Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and warehousing functional support within Supply Chain Management (SCM). In this role, you'll ensure business processes are efficient and effectively enabled through strong system performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. You'll have oversight on ERP system tools such as SAP S4, Ariba, Fieldglass and ServiceNow.

Minimum Requirements:
- 10 years of supply chain leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and supporting technologies
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and tools like Ariba, Fieldglass, VIM, myTrack, and ServiceNow
- Experience with end to end system deployments from the business side
- Experience in SCM business processes, with deep understanding of procure-to-pay processes, systems integration, and operational governance
- Strong understanding of how Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Financial business processes intersect

Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership, coaching, and supervision, enabling a culture of psychological safety ensuring an engaged and effective workforce
- Work with stakeholders to map out and optimize business processes through enabling appropriate technology to support supply chain and the business to drive the collection of business relevant data through systematic contract compliance, efficient business processes
- Oversee the sustainment, integration, and continuous improvement of SCM platforms including SAP S4, Ariba, Fieldglass, VIM, and ServiceNow
- Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness across all SCM systems, including SOX controls and SAP access management
- Work collaboratively with the upstream manager (Source to Contract), and functional supply chain leadership and other business units to execute on process and digital roadmap
Location and other Key details:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
- Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
