- Receive internal/external telephone calls
- Transfer information to the appropriate person in a courteous, professional and timely manner
- Ensure appropriate documentation of multi-dispatch calls

Qualifications:
- Candidates enrolled in or graduate of an Emergency Telecommunications or 911 Communications program or possess equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Individuals that are able to problem solve and prioritize effectively
- Candidates that are highly organized and demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems an asset
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
