What is the Opportunity?
The Marketing Coordinator, Learning Systems, is a key operational and execution-focused role within RCM’s Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Learning Systems, this role supports planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth across RCM’s Learning Systems portfolio, which includes the RCM Certificate Program, Smart Start (RCM's early childhood education program offering), and RCM publications.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Product Managers, Business Development, and e-Commerce stakeholders, the Marketing Coordinator ensures marketing initiatives are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand, digital, and business objectives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Coordination & Execution Support
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Learning Systems priorities.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and asset trafficking across internal teams and external vendors.
- Assist in translating campaign strategies into detailed task plans, ensuring smooth execution across channels.
- Maintain campaign calendars and track deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives. Support cross-functional coordination with Product, Business Development, Finance, and Marketing & Communications teams.
Content Development & Asset Coordination
- Assist in the creation, formatting, and adaptation of marketing content across digital and print channels.
- Coordinate development of marketing assets including web copy, email campaigns, social media posts, presentations, and sales materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and campaign objectives.
- Support updates to website content across RCM properties, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and user experience best practices. Liaise with subject matter experts to gather inputs and translate product information into audience-ready messaging.
Reporting, Tracking & Administration
- Support tracking of campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in gathering and organizing data related to campaign effectiveness, website performance, and e-commerce activity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of marketing assets, campaign results, and operational workflows. Assist in marketing budget tracking and invoice coordination for assigned initiatives.
Cross-Functional & Operational Support
- Act as a liaison between Marketing & Communications, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to support smooth execution of initiatives.
- Respond to internal requests for marketing support, assets, or data in a timely and organized manner. Support testing and quality assurance of digital campaigns, web updates, and e-commerce functionality prior to launch.
Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing support, e-commerce operations, or a related role.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or equivalent) and e-commerce platforms is an asset (Shopify experience preferred).
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, content marketing, and campaign coordination.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social, web).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across marketing, product, and operational teams.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Salary Range
- $45,000 - $50,000 per annum
Additional Information
- Hybrid work arrangement, being on site at minimum 2 days a week, inclusive of RCM's all staff Community Days.
- This role may involve occasional support for events, conferences, or partner initiatives.
- Occasional requirements to work outside of regular office hours to provide support during major campaign or system launches.
- Extended periods of sitting and computer use.
- This role is a current vacancy.
