As a CSR/ Administrative Assistant, the following will be your key responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Understand Masterfeeds product and service and share that knowledge with the customer
  • Maintain organized records of all orders, invoices and customer communications
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping information and provide follow up to the customer
  • Ensure proper communication between sales desk and manufacturing plant
  • Work with other departments to create, maintain and track pick-up and deliveries
  • Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing commodities
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary atmosphere and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow-up
  • Understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make good judgments and quick decisions

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
