This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integration Specialist based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to support complex technology integration initiatives that connect acquired organizations with established IT environments. The Integration Specialist will combine technical expertise and project coordination skills to deliver seamless system, application, and network integrations. You will work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical partners to ensure successful project outcomes. The position involves managing integration projects from planning through execution while resolving technical challenges along the way. You will contribute to improving integration processes, supporting users, and enhancing operational efficiency across technology environments. Accountabilities

The Integration Specialist will lead and support end-to-end IT integration initiatives, ensuring successful delivery through strong technical execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement. Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project plans for IT integration initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to achieve successful outcomes. Coordinate implementation activities and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects. Provide regular project updates, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions or escalate when required. Conduct post-implementation reviews and apply lessons learned to improve future integration processes. Prepare project status reports and documentation for management and stakeholder review. Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across integrating organizations. Provide hands-on technical support to users during integration activities. Perform integration and acceptance testing while ensuring systems meet business and technical requirements. Troubleshoot network, identity, and application-related issues during integration projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technology challenges and deliver effective solutions. Apply appropriate technologies and methodologies to meet integration objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines IT infrastructure knowledge, project coordination abilities, and strong communication skills to successfully manage technical integration initiatives. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Help Desk, Systems Administration, Network Administration, or similar roles. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10/11 environments. Experience analyzing and resolving technical and operational challenges. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering quality support. Ability to remain composed and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and an understanding of how AI can improve workflows, processes, and business initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, including user object management and creation, is an asset. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) is an asset. Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow or ConnectWise is an asset. Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages such as Python is an asset. Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional development.
