Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Team at BioSyent in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in assisting with brand strategy development and execution. You will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to our company’s growth in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Position Summar**

y:As a Marketing Associa te, you will be an essential part of the team, supporting the development and execution of brand strategies and tactical initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and implementing promotional activities, measuring resource utilization, tracking sales performance, and managing budgets. You'll also assist in maintaining inventory of promotional materials, preparing insightful reports, and supporting Sales Team initiative

s.Brand Projects & Suppo

  • rtLead tactical execution of brand initiatives and projects for both HCPs, consumers and patient facing initiative
  • s.Lead the production, launch and executional measures of marketing materials for assigned brand
  • s.Partner with Marketing Manager on digital strategies and tactical execution to support the brand
  • s.Liaise with the Medical team to ensure that content and references are accurat
  • e.Support content management on social media channels, paid search, SEO, blogs et
  • c.Assist the Marketing Team in establishing the strategic direction for product lines to ensure alignment with business conditions, customer needs, and financial objectiv
  • esWork with the Marketing team to support the development of annual brand plan
  • s.Assist in identifying and driving opportunities for future sales and strategies against competitor
  • s.Analyze relevant markets, marketing programs, sales force programs, and make recommendations regarding relevant opportunities to grow revenue and market shar
  • e.Conduct competitive product, strategy and pricing analysis studies to optimize brand performanc
  • e.Support development of salesforce briefing
  • s.Work with vendor partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budge
  • t.Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image for product lines, promotional materials, and professional service

s.Data Manageme

  • ntTrack, monitor and evaluate budgets for expenditures and resources, monitor the implementation of marketing programs, analyze sales results, adjust strategies to increase market penetration and support lessons learned and insight
  • s.Prepare monthly marketing, budget and sales reports for internal marketing review with a focus on insight and KPI’
  • s.Assist the Marketing and Sales Teams with ROI analysis of brands and initiatives to support strategic decision-makin

d.Minimum Requirement

  • s:Bachelor’s degree or equivalen
  • t.1-2 Years of marketing health care products to consumers, patients and/or healthcare professionals in Canad
  • a.Experience with digital initiatives to consumers / patient
  • s.Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industr
  • y.Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation, proactively taking ownership of tasks and driving result
  • s.Analytic skills and strategic business sens
  • e.Attention to detail with a keen eye on accurac
  • y.Organization and time management skill
  • s.Good problem-solving skill
  • s.Proficient in using MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
