- Base Salary for CI Manager is: $90k - $110k
- Total Cash Compensation is: Base Salary + Profit Sharing Target %

At Cascades you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Packaging Segment as the CI Manager. Responsibilities
- Support and ensure compliance with Safety and BRCGS standards.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools, and train team members at all levels in methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, Set-up Reduction, Standard Work, Visual Management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and coaching to Line Centric Team (LCT) members and facility's operations team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance the plant’s continuous improvement program, ensuring alignment with Lean Production System principles
- Leverage facility's data to prioritize initiatives, define project requirements, scope, resources, team members, tasks, and project owners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects.
- Work closely with site management to identify improvement opportunities and support production development, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Relevant Experience & Strengths
- Experience in the continuous improvement field within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experienced in leading and coaching teams, with a focus on supporting team members’ growth and development in operations, maintenance, and quality.
- Strong analytical skills and adept at navigating complex situations to find effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering buy-in and collaboration across the team.
- Skilled in organizing and prioritizing tasks, with a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt) preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, candidates must demonstrate strong capabilities in data analysis, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
