What will your typical day look like?
The Coordinator, Signature Experiences will be responsible for supporting the execution of several relationship and marketplace focused programs and events. This role provides a unique opportunity to grow strategic thinking/planning skills, strengthen project management / delivery capabilities, understand how to plan, design, build, and execute national programs, with an opportunity to interface with clients and stakeholders across the firm.
You will have a breadth of responsibilities to hit the ground running from day one. Those activities include, but are not limited to:
- Working collaboratively amongst the Signature Experience team and our National Events team to deliver strategically aligned programs and events across our markets.
- Helping to design one-of-a-kind experiences for our clients and the market based on emerging priorities as established across the Portfolio.
- Delivering on program KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), reporting our progress
- Driving continuous alignment with key stakeholders, building relationships, and communicating effectively to positively influence peers and stakeholders.
- Gathering and analyzing relevant data points to enhance decision-making and program delivery
- Actively looking for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness, making recommendations to leaders and participating in follow-through to implementation
- Taking ownership for tasks and deliverables, with the ability to understand implications of findings and next steps

We collaborate with leaders and colleagues within our function and across the firm, serving as connectors who explore and experiment with humility and curiosity, to advance our client and organizational objectives.

You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:
- Comfortable with “start-up / entrepreneurial type” culture – we are executing against a new strategy and building a growing team, so this means all “hands-on deck” to help bring our compelling vision to life!
- Solution-driven mindset when faced with challenges. Ability to persevere in a state of ambiguity and constant change.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to simultaneously manage and deliver on multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong sense of team - confident and comfortable working in a cross-country team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with ability to build connections.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in an event production environment.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables.
- An aptitude for learning and utilizing new technology and tools (including AI).
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well:
- Demonstrated experience in executing programs and experiences to an external B2B audience, specifically overall project or program management skill / capability.
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
- Cvent and Co-Pilot experience is an asset.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
