ClaimsPro LP - International Programs Group Financial Coordinator - Hybrid - Toronto, Ontario, Canada Compensation range: $52,200.00 - $72,500.00 annually International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third-party administration (TPA) team providing claims services for Lloyd's of London syndicates, domestic insurers, self-insured entities, and organizations with high financial retentions. We have an existing opportunity to add a full-time Financial Coordinator to our team! This role is responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient maintenance of various financial functions handled within IPG. This includes trust account maintenance, reconciliations, trust funding assessments, fund allocation as well as the successful collection of revenue and other related work as assigned. This position is a hybrid work opportunity - a combination of remote and in-office work will be required. The successful candidate can work out of one of our offices based in Toronto, ON, Vancouver, BC, or Montreal, QC.

Role Responsibilities

Ensuring prompt, accurate application of incoming funds to funds held in client trust accounts Following up and collection of unrecovered receivables Analyzing loss funds for adequacy Assisting with payment release process to ensure KPI's are met Other financial related tasks and responsibilities, as required Qualifications and Experience: While education, knowledge, and experience are critical to being able to handle significant accounting tasks, we are looking for someone is strong technically, a solid performer, planner and organizer who understands key issues to provide solid solutions. Someone who is highly motivated and excited by the challenges that a rapidly growing organization faces.

University degree or College diploma in an Accounting or related program

Minimum 1-3 years’ of related work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; ability to quickly learn new technologies Strong verbal and written communication skills, delivering results with clarity and accuracy Results-oriented while maintaining a high regard for thoroughness and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet immediate needs of the team or customers Ability to adapt to an evolving environment where analytical skills are needed to problem solve We welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
