About the role
Description
- Responsible for assisting warehouse functions including but not limited to: shipping receiving and inventory control with the primary responsibility of driving to and from client locations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery and pickup of equipment and supplies to and/or from various client locations
- Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by Manager or Warehouse Coordinator
- Assist in maintaining and update equipment and product tracking log
- Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory
- Responsible for pulling inventory for order prep pre-fabrication and staging on project pallets
- Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment and ensure documentation of all inventory
Other duties assigned as needed
Skills And Abilities
- Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
- Proficient in windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and Excel
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interaction with employees clients and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience
- Experience with UPS FedEx shipping tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred
- Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification
- Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards
