About the role
Location: In-office, Vancouver
Company: Treewalk
Treewalk is not a traditional accounting firm. We work with ambitious founders and operators who want clarity, momentum, and leverage - not just clean books. Our work sits at the intersection of accounting, strategy, and execution, and how we operate internally reflects that same standard.
We value people who take ownership, move quickly, and figure things out. This role exists to support that environment - keeping leadership focused, operations running smoothly, and helping us attract and onboard great people.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Vancouver.
This is a hands-on, in-office role that combines executive support, recruiting coordination, office management, and people operations. You’ll work closely with leadership, helping keep a fast-moving team aligned, organized, and operating efficiently.
This is not a “wait for instructions” role. We’re looking for someone who operates like a Swiss army knife — comfortable jumping into whatever is needed and figuring things out. No task is too big or too small. You take ownership and get things done.

Why This Role Is Different
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
You won’t just be managing calendars - you’ll be embedded in how the business operates, supporting hiring, improving processes, and helping the team run more effectively.
Several team members who started in similar roles have gone on to become Chief of Staff and Directors within the company. This role has the potential to be a launchpad for someone who wants to grow into with the business and take on increasing responsibility over time.
If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and being the person who makes things happen behind the scenes, this role will suit you.

About Treewalk
Treewalk (previously known as ACM Management) is an advisory practice based out of downtown Vancouver specializing in audit preparation, financial reporting and outsourced accounting services.
We are one of the fastest growing accounting firms in Canada, and we've got some big goals that are going to send us to the top. We are a firm with an anti-firm culture - think tech startup, but accounting. We're ditching the traditional top-down management hierarchy approach and are leaning into a holacratic system of organizational governance. We are on a journey to become the go-to training place for accountants of all levels who want to work in industry. Our accounting practice started with a specialization in assisting public companies with their financial reporting and accounting needs. When it comes to clients, we are industry-agnostic. We never shy away from clients in new and emergent industries, and we've worked with companies in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, cannabis, mining, and biotechnology, to name a few. We've got a lot on the go, and as far as we're concerned, the only barrier to reaching our goals is finding exceptional talent to keep building out our team.
