We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Corporate Services team in Saskatoon. This is an onsite position ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

What You?ll Do

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor accounts and financial records
• Assist with accounts receivable and invoicing support
• Support payroll entry and month-end activities
• Perform data entry and order processing
• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
• Provide professional support to vendors, customers, and delivery personnel
• Assist with general office and accounting administration as required

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience
• Experience with accounting and payroll software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
