Intermediate Business Process Management Consultant (Lucid)
About the role
Benchmark Recruitment is partnering with a well established Vancouver based organization seeking an Intermediate BPM Consultant (Lucid) to help establish a centralized Business Process Repository and support the organization's business process management maturity.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Lucid expertise who enjoys process mapping, collaborating with stakeholders, and building scalable process documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a centralized Business Process Repository in Lucid. Migrate existing process maps from Visio and PDF into Lucid. Standardize business process documentation using BPMN 2.0 methodologies and best practices. Develop repository standards, templates, governance guidelines, and naming conventions. Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to support long term adoption and sustainability.
Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Lucid and Lucid Process Accelerator. Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and process modeling. Experience creating and managing business process repositories. Proven experience migrating and standardizing process documentation from multiple formats. Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Self motivated with the ability to manage deliverables independently.
Project Deliverables
By the end of the six month engagement, you will have: Established a centralized Lucid Business Process Repository. Migrated and standardized existing process documentation. Implemented BPM governance standards, templates, and naming conventions. Trained internal users and repository administrators. Completed knowledge transfer to support ongoing maintenance and adoption.
