Under the direction of the Regional Talent Development Manager, you will primarily be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Talent Development function, ensuring programs, systems, and processes run efficiently and consistently. This role enables the Talent Development team to scale by ensuring strong engagement, execution, documentation, and visibility across all learning and development initiatives. As part of our Human Capital department, you will have the privilege of being the face of Talent Development and growing others through onboarding and career development, managing logistics, data reporting, and LMS administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule learning and development programs and workshop sessions across all Systemair NA facilities.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding sessions.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) in coordination with Systemair AB (Group) while supporting North American expansion initiatives.
  • Support and track talent development programs, such as performance management, onboarding, career development, technical training, and compliance.
  • Support and track compliance and regulatory training activities.
  • Assist in maintaining talent development tools, documentation, and software.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly talent development reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training processes and workflows.
  • Promote learning and development program engagement and distribute employee communications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to training, performance management, and development opportunities.
  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for talent development activities.

Skills, Education, and/or Experience

  • Education in human resources, business administration, education, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a L&D, talent management, HR coordination, or similar role preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing preferred.
  • Previous experience with LMS platforms and training data.
  • Familiarity with applicable compliance and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills required.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills required.
  • Able to work in a team-oriented setting as well as independently.
  • Technical skills required for computers and tablets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within required deadlines.
  • Previous experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Ceridian’s Dayforce preferred.

Job Conditions

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer.
  • Light physical effort – able to lift up to 20lbs at times.
  • Sitting, lifting, squatting, pushing, or reaching for intermittent or extended periods.
  • Approximately 10% travel time required.

Work Environment:

  • Factory, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Office
  • May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment
  • May use chemicals or other in accordance with SDS
  • May operate machinery in close proximity or with objects exposed to eyes or face
