As the Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day movement of goods, ensuring shipments are accurate, timely, and well-coordinated across internal teams and external partners.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
- In this role, you’ll communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to track deliveries and resolve issues.
- You’ll maintain logistics records, shipment schedules, and inventory data with a high level of accuracy.
- You’ll support logistics planning activities, including route coordination and freight optimization.
- You’ll assist with identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with transportation providers and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency with logistics systems, ERP platforms, or shipment tracking tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
