About the role

Job Summary The Sales Administrator (reporting into the GM and Operations Manager) supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communication, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day sales operations. This role is responsible for preparing sales reports, minor quotes, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with customer inquiries. In addition, the Sales Administrator performs front‑desk reception duties, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and directing incoming calls and correspondence.

The position plays a key role in enhancing sales efficiency, supporting organizational objectives, and maintaining a professional, customer‑focused office environment.

Major Duties Sales Administration

  • Create minor quotes, audit sales and confirm invoices
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking documents
  • Assist with scheduling sales meetings, preparing presentations, and supporting events
  • Coordinate communication across sales, operations, logistics, and customer service
  • Liaise with warehouse/shipping teams

Reception & Front Office Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage mail and courier services
  • Maintain front desk and lobby organization
  • Assist with general office tasks such as supplies and meeting room coordination
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job qualifications

  • Organized & detail‑oriented
  • Customer‑focused with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
