Job Description: We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with a focus on sourcing and pipelining activities. This role supports multiple teams within our client’s Global Talent Acquisition organization and is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments and bring a strategic mindset to hiring.
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will scout and source Engineering talent that builds and sells our client’s products. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of identifying and engaging hard‑to‑find, competitive talent, particularly in the AI and cleared spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay aligned with current and future business needs.
- Develop proactive pipelines for niche skillsets and adapt quickly to shifting demands.
- Perform candidate searches using databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and referrals.
- Screen applicants to assess work history, training, education, and job skills.
- Communicate with applicants regarding employment opportunities, consideration, and selection.
- Provide information to potential applicants about company operations, benefits, and career opportunities.
Required qualifications:
- 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience in sourcing or recruiting, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles, with the ability to develop strategies under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience engaging and screening senior, competitive, and passive talent.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Hugging Face, and other open ‑ source communities.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and other sourcing tools, including creating sourcing strategies.
- Strong market analytics skills to interpret hiring trends and communicate insights to recruiters, sponsors, and leadership.
- Consistent delivery of qualified talent pipelines (e.g., 30 tech ‑ screened candidates for volume pipelines or 15 deeply qualified candidates for specialized roles per month).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related applications.

- Experience recruiting for a large technology company.
