The salary range for this temp position is $27.00 - $32.00 CAD per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location.

SUMMARY
The Ole Henriksen Sales & Service Expert is responsible for being a brand and product expert and for driving sales everywhere the brand’s products are sold (currently exclusively at Sephora). Working as part of the KENDO Field Team, the Sales & Service Expert drives in-store sales within Sephora through sales support and events and builds deep and lasting relationships with Beauty Advisors and store leadership. Anchored by a deep passion for and understanding of skincare, utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service, the ideal candidate has a proven record of driving results with a customer first focus and is able to inspire store leadership and customers alike to believe in the power of Ole Henriksen’s products. The Ole Henriksen Sales & Service Expert is reliable, a team player, highly communicative and receptive to feedback with a commitment to our brand purpose of transforming lives through skin wellness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
DRIVING SALES & EVENT SUPPORT
- Exceed sales per hour targets, product goals and event sales goals while providing best in class customer service
- Drive brand awareness and recruit new customers through the sharing and demonstration of Ole Henriksen products
- Increase beauty advisory brand awareness, engagement and expertise through consistent education, training and relationship-building
- Support store-level educational events
- Stay up to date on Ole Henriksen brand and product education, serving as a foremost expert on all things Ole Henriksen
VISUAL MERCHANDISING AND STOCK:
- Ensure visual merchandising is updated, fully stocked and shoppable for clients and that quarterly updates are properly executed
- Ensure gondolas are clean and testers are displayed
- Maintain timely & consistent communication with the Kendo Manager regarding any inventory/gondola needs or concerns
MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-store teams (including store leadership)
- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards your work and your colleagues
- Assist and maintain an atmosphere of professionalism and positive communication
SCHEDULE
- Mandatory: Thursday – Sunday | Up to 30 hours/week
- Weekends Requested days off must be submitted 4 weeks in advance
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of Prestige Beauty Experience; Sephora experience is required
- Self-motivated with a drive for results consistent with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong store eventing success
- Ability to report metrics/target KPIs and competitive insights post-store visits
- Flexibility in work hours dependent on peak customer shopping times and key promotional retailer activations
- Present a professional appearance maintaining Ole Henriksen standards and retailer dress code
- Must have proof of insurance card, current and valid driver’s license, and reliable means of transportation
- Ability to drive within a 90-minute radius from city centers to service suburban doors
