Job Title: Customer Experience Representative (ON SITE, Part-time/Full-time )
Job Summary:
The Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will be responsible for engaging directly with in-store customers, introducing them to products, and providing them with detailed information to foster interest and understanding. The CSR will qualify potential leads, assist in driving product awareness, and connect prospective buyers with sales representatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively approach and engage in-store customers while building rapport to increase their interest in products. Provide excellent service to customers by answering questions and offering product recommendations. Educate customers about the range of products available and how they meet customer needs. Identify and qualify potential leads by engaging with customers to assess their needs and interests. Track and report on activities accurately and on time within CRM systems (i.e., customer interactions, lead generation etc.) Gather relevant customer information and pass leads on to sales reps for follow-up. Ensure sales reps are provided with detailed customer information, including product interests and any specific inquiries made. Assist in tracking customer interactions and feedback to inform the sales process and strategy. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering follow-up information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in ensuring that the retail space is organized and stocked with relevant promotional materials, product samples, and other essentials.
Qualifications: Experience in customer service, sales, or retail, with a focus on in-person customer interactions. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to present products clearly and confidently, while tailoring messaging to individual customer needs. Ability to identify sales opportunities and connect customers with the right sales rep. Basic experience with CRM systems or lead-tracking tools is a plus. Enthusiastic, approachable, self-motivated; able to engage customers in a busy retail environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage customer interactions and leads. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
Working Conditions:
Full-time or part-time position (post-secondary students preferred) Flexible hours between 10 am to 7pm Sunday to Saturday. In-store at designated retail locations. May require occasional travel between locations depending on business requirements.
