Sturgeon Public Schools is seeking a Full-Time Permanent Administrative Assistant 3 for Camilla School.

Camilla School, located just 15 minutes northwest of St. Albert, moved into a brand-new building in 2022. Serving 500 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 9, the school is known for its strong academic culture and support for students with diverse learning needs.

This position provides specialized clerical, finance, and program support to ensure the efficient operation of the school office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Liaise with Central Office, Alberta Education, and public organizations
  • Maintain and administer student data systems
  • Coordinate staff absenteeism and substitute teacher records
  • Provide clerical, program, and administrative support to school leaders
  • Offer reception services and relief as needed
  • Perform other duties appropriate to the classification as assigned

What You Bring

  • Administrative Assistant Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Publisher), Google Suite, Website Management, PowerSchool, and PASI systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • NVCI and First Aid
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
