As a Funding Administrator, you will help administrate and coordinate multiple grant programs and are essential for the coordination of grant funding applications, communications, legal contracts, payments and reporting. You will be the subject matter expert and data steward for the Partnership Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Primary duties include:
- Support and coordinate grant funding applications, contracts, payments, end reports and financial reports for one time and ongoing funding streams, including drafting correspondence for partners as required and working closely with Finance to manage invoicing.
- Responsible for office administration for Major Partners, particularly related to capital and operating funding programs and circulation of legal agreements.
- Create, document, and manage various processes and procedures, including use of DocuSign, invoicing, and management of donations to Civic Partners through The City.
- Oversee the Partnership CRM by managing data, adding and training users, troubleshooting issues and working with the team to identify enhancements to the system.
- Manage physical and electronic records. Provide guidance to staff regarding management of records and contracts.
- Provide assistance and support on special projects and assignments as required including supporting development of dashboards and other tools.
Qualifications
- A completed 2 year diploma in Business Administration, Records Management or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in office administration, content management systems and contract management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- An understanding of DocuSign process and experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI will be an asset.
- Experience with Finance and supporting grant programs will also be considered an asset.
- Success in this position requires well developed communication skills, strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail and ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.

**Workstyle:**This position may be eligible for remote work as one of several flexible work options available to City employees. These arrangements depend on the operational requirements of the role, employee suitability, and are subject to change based on operational needs and corporate direction.
