Position: Writers and Authors
Type: Part-time, Contract
Compensation: $49 - $61/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate and edit AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines. Develop and implement training materials and datasets aimed at enhancing narrative structure and linguistic quality for AI models. Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to provide actionable feedback for iterative AI training processes. Identify and analyze patterns in AI outputs to improve model performance and reduce errors. Conduct research on current writing trends and best practices to inform AI training strategies. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Have proven experience as a writer, author, editor, or in a related role, supported by a strong portfolio of published work. Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and nuance. Be familiar with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools. Demonstrate the ability to critique, revise, and enhance both long-form and short-form content. Have excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities, particularly in a remote work environment.
