Agilus is recruiting for a Engineering Manager in the Engineering Sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and drive project delivery excellence. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the full engineering lifecycle, and ensures client satisfaction through performance and communication.
Total Rewards
- $165000.00 - $185000.00 annually

A Typical Day
- Oversee engineering development across multiple disciplines, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Manage teams of 10–15 engineers and work closely with discipline leads on performance management and HR matters.
- Drive project execution and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with document control processes and standards.
- Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on engineering best practices and mentor team members.
- Support project management activities and contribute to overall project success.
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Proven ability to manage document control
- 20+ years in engineering roles with increasing responsibility.
- Must hold a valid P.Eng designation in Alberta (in good standing).
- Strong process and process mechanical engineering expertise.
- Facilities design experience.
- Solid project engineering background; project management experience is an asset.
- Experience in small company environments.
