Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to manage and support 1Click’s internal IT systems and infrastructure.
This role will oversee our core software platforms, provide internal technical support, manage IT hardware and infrastructure, and help improve internal systems through automation and integration.
The IT Systems Administrator will work closely with our Full Stack Developer / IT Manager to maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, and support automation initiatives across the company.
Systems You Will Help Manage
- Microsoft 365
- NetSuite ERP and SuiteApps
- Talkdesk (VOIP system)
- Gorgias (customer support platform)
- Field service management software
- SharePoint and internal file systems
- Office networking and hardware infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, including users, permissions, and security policies
- Maintain and support NetSuite ERP and connected systems
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, system access, and device setup
- Provide internal IT help desk support for software, hardware, and networking issues
- Manage IT hardware procurement, setup, and asset tracking
- Maintain office networking, printers, server room equipment, and internet configuration
- Administer office access control systems (key cards)
- Manage software licensing and IT subscriptions
- Support system integrations, automations, and process improvements across platforms
- Assist the IT Manager with testing, troubleshooting, and deploying system improvements
Qualifications Required
- 3+ years experience in IT systems administration or IT operations
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience managing SaaS platforms and software integrations
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure
- Experience with hardware setup and IT asset management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfort supporting automation tools, scripts, or system integrations
Preferred
- Experience with NetSuite ERP administration
- Experience supporting VOIP or customer support platforms
- Experience working in a high-growth operational company
- Formal IT education (college diploma, degree, or relevant certifications)
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, SuiteScript, etc.)
- Familiarity with automation platforms or AI productivity tools
