Role Description We are currently seeking Independent Freight Brokers / Sales Agents to join our global network.

This is a fully remote, commission-based role—perfect for professionals who already have an active book of business and want to leverage our resources, operations, and support team.

You’ll maintain full control over your time and clientele, working from anywhere in the world while INCO Cargo handles all operations, documentation, and logistics services on your behalf.

We provide:

-Access to our global freight network and operational support

-Full back-office, carrier relations, and customer service support

-High, uncapped commissions — up to 35% based on volume

You provide :

-Your network, sales skills, and existing client relationships

-Freight business ready to move

Qualifications -Proven experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales

-Existing book of business (required)

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to work independently and remotely

-Strong customer relationship management skills

-Knowledge of global logistics and transportation
