**Location:**Whitehorse, Yukon (Projects across Yukon, including remote sites)

Join Our Team – Build Yukon’s Infrastructure
Cobalt Construction Inc. is currently seeking reliable and hard-working Labourers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on active civil construction projects in remote locations across Yukon while being part of a supportive and safety-focused crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labour duties on active construction sites
- Assist equipment operators and skilled trades as required
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely
- Support site setup, material handling, and clean-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and site protocols
- Participate in daily toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and safety meetings
- Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project timelines
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous construction or remote camp experience is considered an asset
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
- Ability to lift 70 lbs or more
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work rotational schedules (e.g., 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or similar)
- Ability to live and work in a remote camp environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence preferred
Work Environment:
- Remote road construction and civil project sites across Yukon
- Camp accommodations and meals typically provided while on shift
- Team-oriented and safety-first culture
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year preferred
Work Location:
- In-person (field-based positions across Yukon)
