About the role
About Us
Part3 is a ConstructionTech startup that gives Architects and Engineers the tools they need to manage construction. Our mission is simple — to help design a built world that’s good for people and the planet.
Architects and Engineers design the world we live in and the communities we engage in, but modern-day construction administration has become overwhelming. Part3 is here to provide the tools they need to work smarter, earn more, and keep up with the ever-increasing pace of construction.
Part3 is a seed-stage, Venture-backed startup on an aggressive growth trajectory and ready to expand our small team.
About the Role
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer — part growth marketer, part ops builder, part tinkerer. This is a super IC role , not a people-manager job. You’ll be the person who makes our demand engine run, connects the stack, automates the painful stuff, and helps us find scalable and efficient ways to grow.
You’ll work directly with the CMO (hi 👋) and partner closely with sales and product to run experiments, ship campaigns, and build systems that accelerate pipeline generation. If you love connecting data, tools, automation, AI, and creative problem-solving — you’ll thrive here.
You enjoy working from home and relish the autonomy and flexibility that a startup environment offers. You’re a self-starter with an experimental mindset who is excited to learn about a new industry and work cross-functionally with a small team.
Responsibilities
- Own, build, and manage the full demand generation engine across paid channels, outbound, website conversion, and lifecycle — with an AI-first mindset .
- Design and execute ABM campaigns using enriched data, outbound automation, and personalized nurture sequences.
- Launch, test, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) to uncover scalable, efficient ways to drive qualified pipeline.
- Use tools like Clay, Zapier, HubSpot , and others to automate workflows, landing pages, attribution, and outbound cadences.
- Build and maintain a connected martech stack that enables rapid experimentation and personalization at scale.
- Implement and manage funnel dashboards to track conversion, attribution, and ROI across the full customer journey.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns and workflows using performance data.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and GTM tactics , and proactively bring new ideas into the stack.
- Document systems, workflows, and playbooks to create repeatable, scalable growth infrastructure.
Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing ops — ideally in B2B SaaS.
- A systems thinker who loves to connect the dots between tooling, data, workflows, and business outcomes.
- Practical experience with AI-enabled GTM tools like Clay, Zapier, Instantly, Mutiny , etc.
- Strong operator in HubSpot — automation, segmentation, reporting, lifecycle, and attribution.
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable interpreting performance trends to drive action.
- Comfortable running paid acquisition as experiments , not just “set-and-forget” programs.
- Experience with funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization.
- A self-starter who is hungry to test, learn, break things (safely), and iterate quickly.
- Bonus: familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or APIs for light integrations or tinkering.
Why Join Us?
This is your chance to be more than a cog in a machine and have a meaningful impact every day. You’ll work directly with the founding team and help us grow the next major ConstructionTech startup in North America.
We’re remote-first, async-friendly, and serious about autonomy. We work hard but maintain balance — the kind that’s hard to find in early-stage startups.
- Competitive salary
- Equity ownership
- A supportive, entrepreneurial, and challenging work environment
- Generous vacation policy
- High autonomy, high trust, small team
- A place where you’ll likely do the best work of your career
Compensation
$120,000 - 130,000 CAD per year
Important Tips
- Use a PDF résumé. It displays automatically. Word files require an extra step and may open incorrectly.
- Avoid sending LinkedIn “Message the hiring manager” templates. They all look the same. If you want to reach out, write something personal — or don’t send anything.
- Cover letters aren’t required , but if you feel your résumé misses something important, a short paragraph in the application is totally fine.
- Answer the following question in your application or outreach so I know you have good attention to detail: What is a typical breakfast for you?
- Don’t overthink your résumé. Short, punchy sentences packed with information beat fluffy paragraphs or visuals every time.
