Job Description
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze and understand customer requirements; translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, with a focus on ITSM and CMDB implementations.

Manage instance upgrades and patches for multiple customers.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
-
Work with relational databases and ServiceNow APIs (client and server-side).
-
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service.
-
Participate in Agile teams and contribute to iterative solution delivery.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including medium to complex projects.
- Proven experience with ITSM modules and CMDB implementation.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
- Solid understanding of relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Fluent in French
Certifications (Required)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
Nice to have skills

ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL 4 Foundation

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery/PPM

Micro-Certifications: Automated Test Framework, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent
