##Job Description Summary
As the Supply Planning Manager, you will work both collaboratively and cross-functionally within the STEMCELL Operations and Finance teams. You will create, maintain, and manage Tableau dashboards and be responsible for the generation of constrained supply plans as part of our Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) cycle.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of core supply chain concepts, including planning, buying, and inventory management. You will partner closely with supply chain teams to drive process improvements and support the development of new tools to achieve STEMCELL's mid- to long-term planning business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for supply, transforming sales forecasts in build plan and procurement plan with load graphs for all manufacturing facilities, procurement and quality teams
- Conceive, maintain, and distribute tools, metrics, and dashboards as well as managing the communication of the supply analytics groups
- Translate S&OP in inventory value, and requirements for people and equipment
- Prioritize work for Supply Chain Operations with data and statistics and work with sales and product management teams to review new launched parts and forecast accuracy
- Analyze data from STEMCELLs ERP and planning systems to highlight exceptions and identify opportunities for optimization
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Data analyst or data science degree or a degree in Supply Chain Management with data analyst certifications
- Strong leadership skills required with a highly collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Working knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) and MRP systems
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required, along with a working knowledge of business intelligence systems like Tableau

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$98,900.00 - $148,300.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
